This is a post on how Bart arrives in the timeline. More than likely, he'll burst in with a jolt of caffeine in his blood and start exploring on his own/going up to random people and asking a) if they've seen his mommy (a joke) and b) where's The Batman and hold a cape up over half his face and make his little antennai into bat ears.
Granted, people are always welcome to try and talk to him :) He's not as much as a spazz as he'll come across, but realise when he left his world he was running from death.
